12064, Spring question Posted by Dirty, Sep-11-02 11:31 AM
This is for the people who have or have had Sprint springs or Progress springs.
How is the ride quality? How much did it lower your car? Do you wish you would have bought a different brand?
I want to know cause I need some springs ASAP and don't have alot of money for them. I have WeaponR circuit pro fucking coilovers right now so I think any spring will give me a better ride then this shit. It's pretty sick when you get road rage from your own car. I just can't take it anymore!!!:nono

i got the sprints with factory struts, well same kyb's as factory. ride is nice, no problems. sprint said around a 2 inch drop. i have like 2.25-2.5 inch drop. i never really measured. but when it all settled, it's like around 2.5 almost i'd say. pics are in the link in my signature. later

So the ride quality is pretty good? What camber kits do you have?

this is shuwa29: i don't have one for the front yet, even though i should, but it's not even much of a difference with my 18's. but for the rear, i used the 15 dollar camber mod. later________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ***Mod List*Dyno Chart*Timeslips*** http://www.geocities.com/ls1z28chris/sig.htm

So is the ride quality pretty good? I would just like to have some level of comfort back. My wife doesn't even like to drive the car anymore and she used to love it. Plus I really like the price I found for those springs. Thanx for the help man!:)

How much can u get the sprints for? I am having the same problem as you, I am tired of my POS coilovers- even with Illuminas they suck. I was planning on getting sportlines, but a friend of mine recommended sprints.

I found Sprints for $129 at WholesaleHyperformance.com. The thing that sucks is paying like $60-$80 a piece for camber kits.
