well.. right now i have arospeed coilovers and kyb gr2 shocks.. my suspension is like shiet.. it bounces so bad.. its horrible..i was thinking just to get rid of my coilovers and buy some lowering/performance springs.. does anyone have any suggestions of which is a good spring to lower like 2-3 inches but will have me have a smooth ride with my gr-2 shocks? i do miss the way my oem suspension feels, but my car needs to be lowered.. thanks..

how low do u have it? Did u cut the bumpstops. My car use to bounce then I cut the bumpstops , and it stopped bouncing.

its probably not your coilovers...Its probably due to the fact that your shocks dont have enough damping to control the motion of your stiff coilover springs...Coilovers definitly need stiff shocks otherwise your gonna bounce like a mother. I would save the coilovers and buy some illuminas

its cause u bought arospeed coilovers. not a good brand. Id get Ground Control for the money ($300-$400 I believe) and if your loaded Tein is the best suspension out there but cost over a grand.
