11717, Anyone have the Progress Sport Springs? Posted by Luzahan, Aug-22-02 06:59 PM
Just wondering how they fit and if there are any problems with them. They are only $127 plus shipping and I am just looking for some lowering springs to get by on for about maybe a year.

I have them, and I love them. Ive ridden in my buddy's cars with prokits on stock struts and the ride is pretty similar. Just be aware that it will drop your car more like 1.7, 1.8 rather than the 1.3 that is listed

Does anything such as bumpstops or perch need to be cut?

Bump stops always need to be cut when you lower a car -- you should not cut the perches in any way with regular springs - have heard of this with coilovers - knocking em off - but not with springs - they are nice springs - you will be happy.
