How hard is it to install camber correction kits lets say Ingalls or
Progress on our cars...Ive heard some have to be pressed out " true or
not" I just dropped my car like 2inch with skunk 2 coil and illuminas...

true you need to press out the upper A arm bushings. Insert the new off center bushings and align the car. Trust me unless you have connections at an alignment shop dont do this on your own. Take it to the alignment shop. Another thing is that you need to know how bad of degrees you are off. The generic kit will clean up like 1.25. I needed the 3 degree extreme kit from engalls Its a nice kit and well worth the money. late mike

is this true with the $15 rear camber mod too? cuz i was planning on doing it myself since ive heard its pretty easy to do if you have the tools needed.

first off, how the heck did u get the coilovers with the illuminas? did u grind/cut off the perch? reason i ask is because i have illuminas which i tried to match with my skunk2's. the perch on the illuminas got in the way and ended up leaving the car @ stock height.

btw i tried to pm u. the feature didn't work.

I don't know much about coil overs and illuminas BUT, the $15 camber mod works to SOME degree, that is why i e-mail you about if you need more adjustment you can add washers, BUT if you need Extreme camber adjustment like mike did, you will need to get a camber kit, and that i guess it IS a lot of work AND works different.

You will notice in the upper part of the back suspension that the A-Arm is bolted down to the chassis by 4 bolts only, the $15 camber mod. just takes out those bolts and put washers in the middle of the suspension and the chassis. that way the A-arm will come out and be more in line to the lower part of the suspension.
