Have some wd-40 ready! Some say you dont need the spring compressor, but i used one, because there is some tension on the spring with the whole assembly out, but not much. Always play it safe anyway. Just put on the spring compressor, just tighten it up a little bit, then take off the retaining nut on the strut. I didn't use a torque wrench when i did mine, but i guess its never a bad idea. The rears will be pretty easy and straight forward, as the fronts are a bit more difficult. I did my rears in like an hour or so, and the fronts in a few hours..Do the rears first since they are easier, and it will give you an idea of how the assembly goes together. The whole process is pretty simple, just a bunch of nuts and bolts really. Expect it to take some more time if you have rusty bolts ect..An impact wrench will be your best friend too :)

I have lowered plenty of cars in my town i would say about 7 or 8 and have never taken me more than 2.5 hours. pretty easy in my opinion.u will need the compressor and torqu wrench will help. i lowered mine in about 2 hours, and installed the camber kit in about 1.5 hours the only car i ever had probs with was a 98 prelude type sh. that took me from 8 one morn till that night then about another 2 hours the next day. those fucking sway bars and sport handling package. i was so mad i told him to take it out my face.

The rear is the easiest IMO, it took me like 30 min to do both rears and like 2 hrs for the front, I had real trouble getting the sway bar end links off, but I eventually loosened everything up enough to where I could leave them on and remove the shock etc..

get some jackstands too
