They replaced both front lower control arms and lubricated other misc. chassis parts. I think they were extra helpful after I called customer service. They get special rewards and bonuses for excellent customer service and didn't want to hurt their record. I would suggest anyone having trouble to call customer service and have them contact the dealer. They will straighten up after that. | |
