Anyways, the cpu used in MS uses 512 bytes of ram, while the CPU I linked has ~4k, so about 8 times as much. It runs on a 10mhz bus, but the cpu itself runs at 40mhz (4x clock multiplier). I was under the impression that the MS cpu used an 8mhz bus with a 4x multiplier (so 32mhz total), but am not that familiar with the cpu offhand. I am sure it has 8 8-bit analog inputs, while the CPU I am looking at has 10 10-bit, which may be overkill, but hey, more never hurts ;). I know the CPU used in the MS is far superior to most common standalone CPU's, so it is in no way a bad unit! I will hopefully be designing a circuit for this cpu in the near future and see what I can do about porting some of the MS code or rewrite it from scratch to do what I need. Anyways, if it falls through, I may be looking for you to get an MS setup that way I know it comes complete and ready to go/do what I need.
