Your pretty much on target with the BOV thing... I don't know if it's usefull or not, but will stop the BOV from opening at idle and low rpm/no boost situations... so it's worth a try. And the MS is still goign strong, although it's pretty much out of RAM... :) So not really any more features that can be added...


Can't you order the microprocess with more memory? I found a few microprocessors that are relatively cheap that are a bit faster, more memory, with 10-bit (as opposed to MS's 8-bit) inputs, so accuracy will be a little more precise. I was thinking about trying to convert part of the MS code over and use a different microprocessor that can handle a little bit more (was a 40mhz chip as opposed to the 32mhz they currently use.) I have a bit more research to do before I start ordering parts and designing on a breadboard, but hopefully I can get it working with ports, ram, and speed to spare. I see that they have a gcc port, so that is a possibility for ease of converting.
