5863, MS3X cam input help

I have a 2.4 with ms3x. I'm trying to get the cam input working now. I had problems with the crank but I just needed to jumper 5 and 6 on j1. Anyway I have my cam set for ms3x input. I have it set to hall sensor as that was the only way to get any signal. http://www.msextra.com/doc/ms3/ignition.html#tachint357

Sorry I want to attach that and my tune but not 100% sure how. Please help with my cam input signal.

Any luck on this? I want to get my cam signal hooked up too to start running sequential. Not sure exactly how to setup the cam signal either.
