You could do that if the ECU has internal ignitors, otherwise the test light will probably destroy the processor pins (~20mA max.). If the ECU doesn't have internal ignitors, there isn't much to test anyway. If the settings are correct and the LED's aren't flashing, the processor is damaged.

Gotcha. I believe it does not have internal ignitors. I will open it up and take some pics of the ECU tonight and get them uploaded.

I will try and get a MSQ tonight too, never loaded one before so we will see how that goes :shrug

I will double check the settings too.
