I heard it also controls the power windows(is this correct)? and how would i connect the tach and speedo in the dash to for MS to control? Also is the VSS controlled through the stock ecu? or does it go directly to the dash? thanks everyone in advance for any and all help!

Like Dave said, the stock PCM does not control power windows.

As for the tachometer, you need to connect the wire from the tacho output pin on the MS3X to the wire that originally carried the tachometer signal (it's a white wire).

For the speedometer, simply make sure the VSS has a connection to power (+5V or +12V) and ground. Though the signal does go to the stock PCM, it also goes directly to the dash.
