One choice is to use an adjustable voltage regulator like this: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062601 I have one like that spitting out 9V for some of my sensors and am using a standard 5V output from the MS for other sensors. 5v works fine for the crank and throttle sensor. That's all you really need it for. It will probably work for the speed sensor too, I haven't tried that yet.
