Hey,

I was just curious how many of you have DD's that are Megasquirt powered?

Hows it working out for you?

My car has most the boltons (CAI, GST muffle, header, UDP, 60mm TB). Its either the MSnS or the Mopar PCM for the Neon.. with a few pin switches.

Thanks!

Do the Mopar PCM. I want to see how it works out ;)

And no butt dyno. I want before and after dyno numbers, lol.

K, lol.

My educated guess is id gain quite a few horses. I know people attribute most of the power difference between a 420A and D4RE to a hotter tune on the ECU. Cant confirm that.

And I know on my 1996 Neon I picked up 9whp from the Mopar PCM with less mods (Iceman intake, Borla muffler).

So, my educated guess would be around 12ish. But I could be very very wrong.

Ill just order the MP PCM and the Miller repin tool and get to work me guess.

Ive already done the pin outs ;)

I drive mine everyday. It has worked out great for around 9 months now.

I had a daily driver with the MS, hooked to a wideband and if you tune it leaner than 14.7:1 in vacuum, 30+ MPG is easily obtained. If I drove very conservatively I would get around 35 MPG. If you do everything right, the car runs far better than with the stock ECU.

I run MS v2.2 controlling fuel only w/LC-1 wideband. Highway driving can eek out 36+ MPG if I baby it. Have had it installed for almost 2.5 years now.

AFX UDP, test pipe, Tanabe Concept G catback, AEM V2, NX 75 shot, to name a few.

I agree it is better than stock ECU.
