Not to be a downer, but it sounds like MSnS with slightly better packaging... not necessarily worth the extra $600 to me.

If a person had never heard of MegaSquirt, they would jump all over that. For anyone that has built a MegaSquirt, they would probably say that it is pretty, but over priced.

mabey when things get rolling for the Spectre pricing will come down. ive been studying megasquirt for awhile now, but when it comes down to it, id rather pay a liitle more for simplicity and extra features IMO. but of course nothing beats the bang for the buck of mesgasquirt :)

Your not going to get any simpler. you will still need to program the base maps just as you do with a MS. Every one of those features can be added to MS. I dont see the big deal personally.
