Dont't know about the After start enrich settings, but i've always had them above 100% :shrug I too get the "voltage too low to burn" error, but only with the 024s9 code. 022i6 didn't do that at all..I still think something is just not right with 024s9..that issue is one thing, then the measured dwell time that Nate found out was 15% off as well..I think i'm going to revert back to 022i6 for now and play with that..The car fires up a lot better with 022i6 too.

But anyway, good to hear you got it started. I've seen more than one guy hook up the tach wire instead of the crank signal wire, so dont feel bad :)
