bought some of this sea foam stuff, read on here to disconnect the egr line running to the back of the intake manifold...let the car get to normal temp, disconnected the line sucked in about 1/8 of the can and my car acted like it was going to die and smoke was coming from everywhere in the engine bay (i know smoking out of the exhaust is normal). does this mean i just have a really bad exhaust leak somewhere around the engine or did something go really wrong??!!

its probably just an exhaust leak, probably where the headers meet the downpipe, it happens to me sometimes since my exhause isnt the best, the headers and downpipe dont fit perfectly, so theres a small leak, so i dont think its anything to worry about
