rough idle, sounded like it was firing on three cylinders, problem went away when car warmed up. massive vacuum leak from EGR blockoff plate.

Did you make the block off yourself or buy the kit? How did you fix this leak...just tighten it more?

Made it myself. My fix is ghetto, until I can get something done properly, I just got some massive washers I had laying around and used those to hold it shut. I need to find some thicker gauge steel for next time, this stuff is too thin..

i just had the same problem . i used 18 gauge steel and it was to thin. i went to home depot then and started looking around . i found a home electrical outlet box made of steel . i used the cover of it .ity cost 79 cents and its thick as hell .
