I am doing an economy rebuild right now (money's tight). I need to know if I can use just the Pt. cruiser lifters without the rockers (couple of mine are quite loud in the morning) also are the stock vavle springs okay with the Pt. cruiser stuff.

Stock rockers are fine with PT lifters. Stock springs are fine with any PT hardware as well. I use the stock springs on the PT rockers and Lifters..
