You're kidding...
![]()  There is just a piece of hose that connects to that nipple from the intake to an "L" shaped piece which comes out of the valve cover; valve cover vent. Very simple, I think my mother could install a CAI.

That is not the same vacuum port. I think the one he is referring to goes to that pulsed air system they recalled. My V2 has two vacuum ports too. The top one is the one in your picture. The bottom one down on the bigger tube is the one in his picture. If you don't have the pulsed air system you just cap it off. It should have came with a cap.

It is allowing a small amount of unfiltered dirty air in to the engine. I would just get one. You can get them cheap at Advance.
