Errrrr I wouldn't buy anything just yet... Research a lot lot lot more. The 4g64 is the same family as the 4g63 aka not compatable.
Only chrysler 2.4's will work.

No, seriously the search is there, use it.

Read down to where it says 2.4L. Took ERRR, about 6 seconds to find that. Then see what cars the EDZ fits in. We use the 2.4 from the "cloud" cars, a.k.a. Cirrus, Stratus,and Breeze.

It's not a swap like the Honda guys have, where you splice in a couple wires, maybe move your shifter over an inch, and let your AC belt self-clearance the backside of your headlight. There is fabrication required and it is up to you to do the proper research into the subject.
There are numerous threads about this swap waiting to be found if you just take five seconds to type "2.4" in the search utility and hit enter.
