You're wanting to spend $10+s/h for something you can pick up at NAPA for a couple of bucks?
All this thing's doing is moving the probe part of the o2 sensor back out of exhaust flow.
I don't know how effective it may be, but I'm sure you could build one yourself and test it for cheaper.

Or instead of spending $10 on something like that, you could spend $.99 on a 5 pack of resistors at radio shack and solder one into the line and it will do the exact same thing.

I have had an o2 simulator in my car for a year and a half with no problems.
