9807, RE: adjustable cam gear worth it? Posted by MuRiX, Dec-10-01 04:01 AM My GS made 125fwhp with AEM intake, Tanabe Exhaust, which was too big but I was going turbo, and AEM cam gears. The cam gears set to 0 produced 119fwhp. I also managed to make 10 more hp between 6-7k when it would normally drop off after peak by tuning the gears from 0 to -2 exhaust -2 intake. I had no loss in torque and at least a 1hp gain throughout. I think they are worth it. | |

Posted by flossinpnoyracer, Dec-10-01 04:09 AM im selling mines for 2 for $270 brand new they are RED AEM CAM GEARS i bought them for 140 each i knocked off 10 bucks!!... hehe you wont find them anywhere cheapers but if you do ill match it. im changing my color scheme in my engine so i dont want red anymore | |
