I was going to be a dick here but instead I'll give you the real answer. The govener is built into the blinker fluid canister so you can't remove it. You'll just have to live with taking the car as fast as it can possibly go due your power to drag ratio.

Just remove your brake pads that should speed things up and get you were you wanna be. i wouldnt mess with the blinker fluid it has been known to cause serious problems with your emissions. i always take my car to the dealer to get that changed cause its some real tricky stuff. as for taking out the governor i dont know what to tell you on that one maybe some anger managment classes will help?:shrug

if you wanna be a REAL badass, remove your gas pedal and just wedge something in your TB..that way your ballin wide open throttle everywhere you go. throttle control is overrated..just like brakes

Our cars have a rev limiter and thats all as far as I know but it won't help cause the motor doesn't make any power past 6K. :P

Don't listen to any OTHER posts in this thread.

come to find out he wanted to take the coolent temp sensor out to hook up his oil pressure gauge???:wtf i mean we all have our dumb moments but come on!
