976, HKS Type1 Turbo Timer Posted by 95GST, Apr-22-01 03:00 AM
I just installed a HKS Typ1 Turbo Timer. It measures 0-60, voltage, rpm, timer, etc..
I lock the car and walk away. The TT does its job and idles the engine for any given time and then shuts off and my door unlocks. Well since my car doors unlock when the ignition turns off I have to babysit my car to arm it afterwards.
I have the factory alarm and a Code alarm (after market) Im thinking about getting a Clifford, because they are easy to program. Perhaps I can program it not to unlock the doors when the ignition shuts off and to auto arm itself in 1 or less after the ingnition suts off. What do you think? Is there an easier way?

Ya, I know what you mean... I have a Viper alarm and a HKS Type 1. I want to arm it and walk away while it's running, I've heard you can do that. Let me know what you find out!!!
I GOT 3rd AT MY FIRST SHOW!!!:-)
