ok I got the 12 25 code.. yeah 12 big deal, 25 idle air control motor. this may be a stupid question, but would it make it take longer for my rpm's to drop to 1k when I push the clutch in? b/c there is a delay and it is worrying me. I am going to buy a new iac motor tomorrow, but I wanna make sure this is the reason. thanks

I would pull it out an clean the tip off. It's gets all dirty and loses it's marbles. It may NOT be nesc. to replace it just yet.
And I know what you mean about the delay. Like the rpm's hang there at 2K for a second or 2 and then come down. Just pull the IAC, Clean it and reset the ecu.

and when you say reset the computer, you talking about taking the negative cable off the battery for so long and putting it back on? thanks

Yes, that's what he's talking about. And yes, I think that could be contributing to your hanging idle.
