Hey, Just wondering what you guys used to plug the hole in the intake mani when using the 60mm jeep tb?

what hole in the intake manifold??

are you talking about the one in the back of the manifold right behind the TB opening

thats where the egr pipe comes in

I used a 1/2 inch rubber plug...it is a tight fit but it works well.Here is my pics in case you are rubber plug challenged :P I got them at Sears Hardware but Home depot sells them also...I unloaded some last night.

I tapped it for a 1/8" NPT plug.

Now how would you do that with a hole larger than a 1/8 NPT tap?
