I ordered a new MSD coil pack from Jegs yesterday then got to thinking about which harness it'll come with. I've got a '95, but Jegs order form didn't ask for specific years. So, anyone ever order one from Jegs and can let me know what to expect?

You'll probably get a flat pin. They're more common. You may be able to get a pigtail from the stealership, though.

Yeah, I figure that'll be the case. I was hoping to hear feedback otherwise. I can probably pull a harness from a junk yard, instead of the dealer.

I have ordered 2 from Summit, and they have always asked if it was a round-pin or flat-pin style.

Shouldnt be too hard to take care of if you get a flat-pin style. G

They run 95-96.5, then 96.5 on is the two different types. Just change the plug and it will work fine.

You know that is just a stock coil in red.

I got that coil last week and I ended up ordering the correct one.

I had thought the MSD coils supported more power than the stock coils, till I read up more on here. Oh well, it's definately helped out.
