95987, Crank Sensor

I have got the same p1390 code again. However the idle is smooth as hell and it drives fine. This is racking my brain :wallbash
Ive been through 4 crank sensors. On sensor #3 the code went away for a few days (and trips to Tampa), but it had oil blowby, so I returned it to Autozone and got a crank sensor from Napa. It took 30 miles to throw a 1390. I reset it and 40 miles later got the code back. Today I hooked it up to a SnapOn novus (or whatever its called) and it monitored the car for like 20 minutes. It said that besides running a bit rich, everything is fine. It also is throwing a 0442 (small emission leak, but thats moot). Ive read that a crank sensor thats not reading right will cause a "sporadic, severe loss of power", which I have as well.
So yeah we cleared the code with the snapon and it came back within 2 minutes. The tool said something about using the MUT II tool to relearn the crank and cam. I have over 800 miles on it with the new belt, the ECU usually relearns these type of things, it relearned the idle by the 2nd day...
Where do I get another crank sensor from, coz although driveability is not affected at all except for power loss, I dont like that code, it makes me nervous...
Here, we have Autozone, Advanced Auto, Napa, Carquest Pep Boys and of course Satan
Ive been chasing this ghost for a about a month now...

I hate buying important things like that from an aftermarket dealer. Satan may be overpriced a tad, but you get what you pay for...

P1390 means your timing is off.

Yup, cam sensor out of sync with crank sensor, there's only a 3 degree window before it complains
