Does this happen to anybody else...

I turn the car on and it seems like the gas pedal is stuck in place.

It takes quite some force to break it free, afterwards everything is just peachy. I can press on the pedal before I start the car and it seems normal, but once the car is running it freezes up.

I do have the MP 60mm TB if that helps anybody out.

Any fixes or remedies that I should try out?

Yeah, 2 spring settings. I did notice that the spring is getting pretty rusted.

I'm going to check the cable tomorrow.

could be your problem

the white grease/wd40 thing might help

also if you have cruise is the cable binding inside the box somewhere

on a side note
i wish that they made the 2 stage spring on their powdercoated throttle bodies
on the website it says silver only

I do believe that there is a way to modify the "1 Stage" spring to make it tighter. I have mine on the hardest setting, the softer one is pretty weak... yeah, accidentally floored it.

When mine was sticking on the 95 Talon I took the cable out and found that it was fraying.
