I have a 1995 Eclipse GS non turbo and I believe that Have the 420A motor. I was looking on summit racing cause I want to buy some performance cams but all the list for a 1995 2.0 liter are cams for a 4G63. I was just wondering if they will work in a 420A motor as well. Also I was wondering what was the difference bewtween the 2 motors.

No.
Crower and Crane make cams for your engine.
Google Howell Automotive for the Crane information and Exile Racing Technologies for the Crowers.

If you have some time, you can read up on a great camshaft discussion under the "advanced tuning" portion of our website.

No. There are very few parts that can be interchanged.
I heard once that the valve springs may be similar in dimensions and may be substituted, but Chrysler valve springs aren't exactly in short supply so there would be no point in doing this.
