I was noticing a large pop sound in the front right it seems to look like its an fuelpump wondering why that may be also it is pushing out little oil through the tailpipe

I believe your English teacher should have taught you how to properly construct a sentence.

Front right of engine bay and looks like a fuel pump? Your fuel pump will be under your back seats. You'll need to be a lot more discriptive with your problem. I am not trying to be rude or anything, but in order for the people here on this message board to help you out, they're going to need a lot more information than what you posted.

Are you absolutly sure it's oil? It's most likely water, which would be normal. Is the car smoking at all (like blue smoke)?

Agreed. I honestly do not believe oil can be dripping out of your muffler. If it's not leaking out of the tips from the muffler, then you probably have a gasket leak or something... that's all I can think off.

Carbon and water, and the noise is probably a bad balljoint in the front. If it is leaking oil, its probably valve stem seals on the exhaust side, but that'd be smoking too.

Pop sound, you are going to need to be more specific. Was the pop sound coming from the "fuel pump looking thing" up in front? Was that thing the Evap canister that sits behind the passenger side headlight?

Pops can come from anywhere, ball joint, belt snapping, running over a soda bottle with a cap on it, balloons, all sorts of things.

How frequently does this pop occur? Is it accompanied by a snap and a crackle?

Evap canister is what it is , looked like a fuel pump really but it pops after running for about 5 minutes . Also the stuff that comes out of my tailpipe is black and looks like a wet down oil .

Right, the wet down oil stuff is really carbon and water as Darkone and I said. It's really not a huge deal. I suppose if you have a bad/old O2 sensor(s), it could cause some excessive carbon build up, so you could change that (those) if it's really a concern.
