Ok, I am going to burden you guys with a question, lol.

Last time I replaced my head gasket, when re-installing the crankshaft damper pulley I some how managed to destroy the threads inside the block for the bolt. Or maybe they were already messed up. Either way, the bolt does not go in all the way, and I am in a stuck position. Now, can I take the block to a machine shop or something and have them re-tap the proper threads, or should I just scrap it and get me a bare block to throw my stuff on?

I know I could probably call them up and get an answer, but it's 10pm and I am bored so I thought I would just ask you all.

Also, this is not related, but I would like to know. Is it possible to have a small amount of gas coming out of the exhaust while the car runs? I witnessed this on a friends car, he says it's just water but I can plainly smell gas straight out.

I'm thinking you mean to say you stripped the crankshaft. You might buy the proper tap and carefully try to clean things out, but if that doesn't work, you may have to get another crank. Maybe someone else with experience fixing this problem can shed more light on it.

Also, chances are, you are seeing water coming out the tailpipe. You can almost always smell gas there. Unless you've got an 8-injector set up or are otherwise dumping tons of fuel into the engine and trying to crank it for a good while without the engine running, the only fuel you'll see come out of the tail pipe will be an atomized vapor (like fog).

I did the same thing to my crank during rebuild.

The company that turned the journals on my crank straightened out the the threads for the crank pulley. So, you could probably take your crank to a machine shop to fix your problem.

This is exactly what I am getting. Seems like I will be taking it to a shop then. Is it safe to drive like this? Seems like there's really no problem, it doesn't leak or anything but I don't know..

Well, this is happening to the RS, my GSX has a slight oil leak from the pan, no biggie on that side. 2 broken DSM's, go figure. And thanks for checking that, let me know.
