ok here it goes. i have an obx intake manifold and mine can with out the maps sensor holes on the side. so i put my map sensor where my iat sensor goes and i was wondering if i could put the iat sensor in my ram air intake. thanks

Just drill and tap holes on the passenger side of the intake manifold. Not on the top of the manifold, on the side of it.

yea i saw some of them on ebay with it taped on the side but would it hurt anything if i put it on the ram air part?

You shouldn't see much difference in operation, since it measures your air temp. Your air temp would be similar in the stock location to anywhere in the intake track as long as the sensor is not mounted too close to the intake ports on the head.

ok i drilled into my ram air and didn't have to lenghten any wires and now it works great.
