secondary rail and injectors are back in and NOT coming out again. the METAL bracket i fab'ed up broke at the securing bolt on the upper plenum. thats thats the second bracket that broke at that same point, although the first one was aluminum.

Anyway, rail is secure, comp is 200-200-190-195, new plugs put in and the car is running fine... almost. i have a weird idle problem. while sitting there it idles fine but when i drive and come to a stop and put in my clutch, my rpms drop and i stall out almost all the time. otherwise, it runs fine and boosts fine. any ideas...? TPS? IAC motor?

had the same problem and it was my ML tim. try removing your ML and try driving it with out boost and see what happens...

humm, i did remove the filter and promptly lost it...thanks... i'll put a new one in and try that.

if there was no filter in the ML, I am sure thats why it was stalling...

well, that seems to have done it. thanx Mike... hard to believe that that little filter can cause so much headache!
