94191, Car dies when it's cold outside, not when the engine is cold.

I think I've looked through all the post on here about the car dieing when it’s cold or it seams like I have looked at all of them. But my car doesn’t die when the engine is cold; it dies when the temperature out side is cold. If that makes any scents. I know because last fall and winter it started dieing randomly but then spring and summer came and the random dieing stopped. Now fall is here again and it’s dieing randomly again. What happens is I turn the car on and it dies and then I’ll have to turn it back on and gun the gas a couple of time to get it to stay on as soon as I push in on the clutch it dies again or I’ll start it, it will run fine for a few minutes and I’ll drive somewhere, I’ll push the clutch in and the car will die. As long as the car is in gear and moving it won’t die but it has to be moving if it’s in neutral and moving or sitting still it will die and it’s at random intervals. My 96 GS is all stock I haven’t upgraded anything the fuel injectors have been cleaned a few times and there’s no CEL light on. Any help on why my car mite be doing this would be greatly appreciated.
