You know how you crank your steering wheel all the way to one side and it squeeks. Well when I turn it a little bit to any side it stops like it is already crank all the way and it squeeks. What does this mean? Power steering fluid is full.

most likely you need to tighten your accessory belt. if it was too loose, it would slip early in the turn and squeel, and the steering would get tight because the belt was slipping and not driving the power steering. check your belt and let us know if that solved it.
