Sorry about the link, but im new to these forums and don't know how to upload pics here. Any help with that ? also where can i find the cheapes replacement for the starter, besides a junkyard?

You can get a rebuilt one. Either the bolt came loose and after a few starts broke the ear off OR some retard ran that bolt in there way too tight and after awhile the ear gave up. Yes, I've seen both occasions on cars (not any 420A's though)

You can also check dsmtrader.com. That's the best site I know of for getting parts for our cars. Guys are always selling stuff on there.
