How do u get the stock pump out of the damn tank? I cant get the 4 an hose to unscrew. Does any 1 have a trick to remove it. The bitch doesn't bunge. yes i have sprayed it with wd40.

It just lifts out. Unbolt all the bolts under the back seat, remove the fuel fittings and pull er out. Are you putting in a Walboro 255?

yes it is a 255. I just cant get the fittings off that on the rrubber feed hose.

in case you haven't gotten it yet...use a pair of needle nose pliers or something similar to squeeze the clamp on the hose and slide it off the hose onto the fuel pump assemply then to get the hose off try and turn it to first loosen it instead of trying to push it off or try and pull it off from under the car...i actually just finished doing this exact thing that walbro is a noisy little fucker at first but a little music and you'll never hear it....out of curiosity are you going turbo or something that your putting in a 255?

yes going turbo i got the line out dont think needle nose would help though cause it threads on. Well know I cant get it on. Cause it will just twist into a knot. Were is the swivel?

i'm confused which line are you having trouble with, the stock hard line or the rubber line?

if its the rubber line and its getting twisted you can just pick up a new piece to go from the stock fpr to the fuel pump assembly ($2 max)... you may be able to go up to the next size that should make it easier you just have to make sure you tighten it down enough or you can just lube both ends up with oil and try and shove it on anyway you can and once its on twist until it gets straightened out

my fuel pump assembly has 2 external rubber lines. It a 95. 1 Just slips off piece of cake. The other unscrews but has no swivel, so when u try to screw it on it just twists all up.
