I am about to build up a second motor just to be on the safe side and have most of the parts I need. What I need some opinions on is on the head. I am already replacing the valves, springs, port & polish, etc., but when it comes down to the Cams themselves what do you guys really think about keeping the stock cams on?? I am torn between leaving the cams alone or upgrading to crower or crane street cams. I have read up on most of the posts about the differences but to be honest, it didnt make my decision any easier. I dont want to have an aggressive timing/idle issue but I also want to "bullet proof" the motor as much as possible.

Keep the stockers, especially if you're boosting. That seems to be the consensus around here. Unless you could get some custom cams made...

Stock cams are working great for alot of boosted members here.
