I have to refill the clutch fluid every five days. Anyone rebuilt their own? Was it hard and how much did it cost you?

Just replace it, thats what I did. Then you know your not the reason it still f'd up, lol.

First figure out where it's leaking from; the master or slave. The master cylinder is pretty easy to install, I got a rebuilt one from Autozone. You can get a rebuilt kit for cheap like $10 but only works if the cylinder is still good.

i just bought a new one for my car when mine went out. It was just a lot easier to do that way.

I got a brand new master replacement from Norco Mitsu for 70$. Autozone shoudl be cheaper.

But like aht Alvin said, first figure out if it is the master or the slave. I'm willing to bet it is master as it is made of aluminum...if I recall correctly.

I've seen a couple of them rebuilt here in az2gnt in about an hour with the Autozone rebuild kits, but I think I would personally prefer to just replace the entire assy if I were in that position. :shrug
