I just finished a rebuild and i have about 2600 miles on the engine, and recently it has started to miss when i accelerate. Ill be accelerating and arround 4k-5k it will feel as if the power is cut to one or two cyliders. The rpms will stutter. The feeling is the same as a launch control system or a rev limiter even, it just doesnt want to rev past the point where it happens. Any ideas what could be causing this?

same thing happened to me when my fuel filter started going south, exact same set of symptoms. :shrug

yeah ill have to check that out, although i just had the filter changed not to long ago. Also, i have put in a little bigger injectors, only 255cc, but they arent tuned at all, i dont have any fuel management as of yet, all i have is a fuel pressure regulator, could the problem be that the fuel mixture is gettin messed up when the engine starts to demand more fuel, or something along those lines. Im ordering the safc and will have that in soon, is that good for fuel managment or is there another thing i should look into besides like megasquirt.

well i thought it might be plug wires but i have new ngk wires with under 10k miles on them
