do those 5-15 hp chip/resistor or whatever they are really work? i have seen them on EBAY for like $3.99 is it true or is it just some one out there trying to make money? just curious. Thanks

well what does it do for your car then?

by all technicalities, its supposed to tell your car that the air being sucked in is very cold (i dont remember the exact temp they bragged) and in doing so, the now fooled ECU is supposed to put out more gas. I bought one, and yeah, only spent like 5 bucks for it just to see if it would do anything whatsoever... yeah, i found that it does nothing... and when i thought i was going faster, honestly, it was all in my mind...

That 4 dollar chip will do amazing things when combined with a $1200 turbo kit...
