I think it's 1/4" NPT. Does anyone know for sure?

Stock IAT threads are 3/8" NPT...for sure ;)

Actually, they are not... at least on my 97 they're not. The GM IAT sensor that I installed for the MegaSquirt is 3/8" NPT. The stock IAT sensor is smaller than that.

My stock IAT stock is 1/4" NPT.
Matt - are you sure that yours is 3/8" NPT?

Ok yeah, i'm a retard :) All this GM megasquirt sensor stuff has me on overload haha..You have it right Doug.. I think i may have confused it with the 3 prong vac fitting on the back of the intake.. doah!

Yeah, the 3-prong vacuum fitting is 3/8" NPT. I removed it and put my MegaSquirt IAT sensor in there. ;)
