Well I don't know if any of you read my other post where I thought I had thrown a rod, or screwed my trans. Well anyway its not near as bad, cuz what happen is my bell housing blew. So that the clutch and flywheel (pretty much everything in it or around it is screwed). It even took out my lower radiator pipe, cuz of the pieces flying off and it cuz it. Thats why I thought it might be something else (all that antifreeze, whitch I have the orange and in the dark with no light I could not tell what kinda off fluid. Couldn't smell it on my finger cuz I have a bad cold :-o . So now that everyone knows what happen, I was wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to get a used bell housing online. I'm gonna try dsmtrader.com and e-bay didn't have crap. Also if anyone knows how much a new one would run me please reply. I need to get my car fixed withing a week, and as long as i can find the parts quick then no prob cuz my father is a mechanic and im not bad my self. So any help is apprciated. Sorry for the long post. Thanks in advance.

Holy fuck... a flywheel explosion! What clutch/flywheel were you running? Don't say CFDF (please!).

I would go on www.car-part.com and troll around. The 2000+ Neon trans has the same bellhousing as well. To be honest, though, I would probably just get a new trans and keep that one for parts. It isn't easy to find a bellhousing that hasn't been blowed the fuck up by a differential explosion.

Car-Part.com is the balls. It's difficult to find something that isn't in their database.

Thanks i'll try car-part.com. I had forgot about that one. And umm no I was running stock oem clutch and bellhousing, but they had 147k miles on them :rolleyes . Well I have to pull the trans anyway so i'm still considering my options. Any other opinions are welcome. Thanks.
