Okay, first when i said my idle problem was sticking/surging to 12-1400ish rpms, i lied. I have the indiglos with the wrong numbering, so its actualy more like 2000ish rpms.
something is making the AIS motor kick/hold up the rpms. heres the bitch: its not a constant thing! its only with movement. it dont even have to be in gear or have the gas pushed down. when i start moving forward(ie-coasting down a hill from a dead stop w/o giving gas), idle goes up. when i stop, idle goes down!WTF????
I have checked for air and vaccum leaks(using starter fluid), ive checked both o-rings on the TB sensors, tried another AIS motor, new gasket...im fuckin stumped! is the car getting more air from somewhere to make it think its running lean thereby kicking in more fuel? if so, then from where? FUCK!
(all this is with the bored TB...)

As I said b4, I have been having the exact same thing for 3 years or so, it never bothered me tho, and it never got worest.

OK here is a trick that you should try. disconnect the plug that goes from your Tranny to the wiring harness (there are 2 plugs, one for the reverse light, and the other one is the speed sensor) you will need to disconnect the speed sensor, try going down hill or whatever, see if your RPMs go up, if the RPMs don't climb up, then it's your ECU doing it for God knows what reason. but if even after you disconnect the speed sensor your idle still climbs up, then you might have a leak in the TB butterfly or something.
