Hey guys,

I have a 95 Esi with about 81k mi on the clock. From what I was told when I got the car, someone had changed the engine but i'm not sure when. I assume the engine has less miles than the body, but I could be wrong.

My trouble is, after driving the car, if you let it sit, it heats up. I was talking to my mechanic today and he said it sounds like it could be a gasket or possibly the head. Theres no coolant in my oil, and no oil in my coolant. However, I am having to add coolant on a regular basis and car burns white smoke when driven half hard.

Is the mechanic right? or could it be something else?

Thanks for any info

Nick
