is there a difference in a turbo UDP and a non Turbo there is one on ebay but it says a turbo UDP i got a 95 gs... its for 75 bucks should i go for it?... it has belts also

That pulley is designed for the 4g63 engine (turbo)- you need one for the 420A engine Evan 97 Eclipse GS Stamford CT EvMan2345@aol.com

The only use a turbo pulley would be to you is as a paper weight. It won't fit on your motor, sorry, good price for somebody though.
