my car just got out of the shop from gettin a new waterpump, radiator, and timing belt..i got it back and now when the RPMS are low (around 2k or lower usually) it starts bucking pretty bad..it doesnt do it ever single time but def. pretty frequently...could that be caused by a mis-aligned timing belt? or somethin else

Normally, a misaligned timing belt (you really mean that it's skipped a tooth) will cause a consistent poor running situation, not intermittant. However, it's not a bad idea to check it (although not the easiest thing to do in the world--getting the crankshaft pulley/belts/timing cover off to check the crank sprocket.)

Check/Replace plugs, wires, and fuel filter first. Those are more likely the cause of your problems.

A bunch of us are having this problem, and so far nobody has been able to fix it.

IF it is in fact the same thing that im talking about.

For me, it usually only happens early in the morning when its still pretty cold out and my car hasnt had a chance to properly warm up. It does it until about 2,000rpms. My air fuel guage shows REALLY rich during this time and think i that may have something to do with it so its probably just the car running rich to help warm itself up??? thats just my theory but i made it up so i dont know.... i just rev it up a little bit before i take off and it helps a little. after 5 minutes of driving it goes away.

ummmmm thats not a theory.......thats your IAC.

On a cold startup your injector pulsewidth is like 4 times as fast as on a operating temp motor.

As the coolant warms up, it leans it out.

Also, your Air/fuel gauge does absolutely nothing imo, until about 30 secs or so of idling, because it is a heated element.

Check your plugs n wires dOod.

You probly have gay ass v-power sparkplugs. just get some regular ones
