OK, i checked the codes. It did 1 and then 2, and then a long pause, then 1 and 7, which i guess would indicate 12 and 17? The 12 is because it was disconnected, but the 17 states "engine too cold too long" and this "Engine cooland temperature sensor circuit and connector / Engine coolant temperature sensor / Thermostat" I just had the thermostat replaced today, so will the CEL shut off on it's own, or does it mean there's still a problem.

You probably forgot to plug the coolant temp sensor back in.

make sure the connector isn't dirty, clean it, and then see what happens

If that doesn't work then replace the sensor...and make sure it's the one going to the ECU and not the other sensor which feeds the coolant guage in your instrument panel.
