82538, stock clutch...new flywheel...ahhhhh!!! Posted by nonamerat, Nov-07-04 03:19 PM
hey, im kinda new to this site, new as is...im on it about 10 hours a day for the past 5 months or so, but never have really posted due to searching but i actually need to post for once. I just replaced my stock clutch about 10K ago, i was lazy and just had the dealer do it...blah...so i have NO idea about any info on this. the tranny is about my weakest spot for 2gnt's also thats why i need help. basically i want to keep this clutch till it blows, but i would really like an aluminum flywheel, i heard they increase accelration..which it should cuz its lighter, and im obsessed with fast revving engings so im going to be getting an UDP soon too, but is there any light weight flywheel that can be used with the stock clutch and with an upgraded clutch when i need one. i was looking at the clutchmasters FX200 for the new clutch when needed. oh yea, my baby is a 95 esi. thanks for listening to my ranting...

You would be able to do it however you would need to drill out the rivits on you current clutch to get it apart and then bolt it to the aluminum flywheel.

There is really on one predominately available aluminum flywheel for the 2GNT - that's the Findaza. Check around on Exile Racing web site, they have lots of clutch options with various upgrades available. :thumbsup
